A New Energy Power Grid Expansion Planning Technology Considering Optimal Economy

This paper examines the path of new energy development in China against backdrop carbon maximum and neutralization, studies risk large scale power transmission. In order to solve complex uncertainty challenges renewables grid expansion planning, this proposes an optimal economic planning model, which includes thermal generation start-up shutdown expenses during operation, hydro surplus water reservoir, curtail penalty cost output power, investment lines. The model has also considered constraints balance for load consumption, change rate, are calculated based on time-series operation simulation system. Based functions, process technology been proposed. proposed can consider characteristics generation, realize different schemes. According case study findings, transmission line relieve pressure local transmission, while improving flow distribution as well rate utilization.
